I’m from Pasadena, Ca. Was introduced to Christianne through a friend. I was taught the Milwaukee market over the phone and internet. I said, I have 24 hours to buy something. Christianne drove us around for 8 hours. Saw the entire Milwaukee market. I felt very comfortable making an offer that day. She even told me the price I wanted to offer was too high, (Southern California prices ) At the end of the day , we made the offer and offer was accepted that night. Everything was done in about 10 hours. I was really prepared well before I came to Milwaukee and she made me so comfortable with the property and offer that it was completed in one day. We closed escrow 10 days later. I’ve worked with many brokers. Christianne is the most professional broker I’ve ever worked with. You will be very happy with her professionalism and knowledge.
