Staging & Photos

After the work is done, we will have your home professionally staged and photographed by our in-house staff.

Marketing 

Following that we can then start our social media strategy and online syndication for your home.

Selling Process

Showings begin, followed by offer reviews, then the inspection, and finally appraisal.

Successful Sale
