Before joining HIGHMARK Real Estate in 2020, Kris had spent 27 years in the meeting and event industry, ultimately managing over 250 associates around the globe. At HIGHMARK she is VP of Operations, where she uses her expertise in technology, management, and operations to lead HIGHMARK Real Estate to the highest level of customer service and operational excellence. In less than a year, Kris has caught the attention of leadership at KW International and now has HIGHMARK testing and leading the course for new technology improvements within the KW International family.
Above all accomplishments, Kris is most proud of her work as a mom. Being a working mom for almost 20 years hasn't been easy. Kris contributes much of her professional success to her drive to show her kids the importance of commitment, loyalty, and a strong work ethic.
